The Dallas Mavericks beat the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 5 of the opening round on Wednesday night and it wasn’t even close.
The final score was 123-93, a definitive defeat for the Clippers who are now on the verge of being eliminated.
On Thursday’s “Undisputed,” Skip Bayless said that he was “shocked” by the Clippers and their terrible performance in the game.
With everything on the line, the team just couldn’t compete with Dallas’ biggest star.
“Luka was mentally tougher than the three stars left on the Clippers,” Bayless said.

Bayless went on to remind viewers that Doncic was battling both a knee injury and some sort of sickness that had slowed him down and left him weak.
In fact, right before tipoff, it looked like he couldn’t even shoot his three-pointer because of the knee problems.
But when the game got going, Doncic started cooking.
He ended with 35 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists.
He may have been sick and tired but he looked like the superstar that he is.
Meanwhile, James Harden only scored 7 points, while Paul George put up 15, and Russell Westbrook scored just 6.
That means that Doncic outscored all three of those players combined, which is a very bad look for the Clippers.
The series now heads back to Dallas, where the Mavericks can put it away and prepare for the second round against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Clippers can bounce back, of course, but if they look like they did on Wednesday, that is very unlikely.
