The table is set: the Super Bowl is almost upon us, and another great NFL season is about to come to an end.
The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will pack their bags and leave for New Orleans.
This will be a rematch of the game they played two years ago.
This time, however, Skip Bayless expects a much different outcome.
Following the Chiefs’ huge win over the Buffalo Bills, the controversial pundit predicted that the Eagles would ‘crush’ the Chiefs’ hopes of winning a three-peat.

Then again, Bayless is a confessed diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, so perhaps he’s just trying to jinx them.
Whatever the case, it’s almost impossible to predict what’s going to happen in this game.
On the one hand, the Chiefs are the team to beat, and they have proven it time and time again.
They also have the best quarterback and head coach.
On the other hand, the Eagles will desperately look to get back at them after that heartbreaking loss two seasons ago, and they’ve looked like the better team this season.
Steve Spagnuolo will have his hands full trying to contain a human-wrecking ball like Saquon Barkley, and the Eagles have a plethora of talent at almost every position.
Nevertheless, if history has taught us something, it is that counting out Patrick Mahomes is usually a mistake.
There might not be a lot of style points involved.
But when the season is on the line, maybe ten out of ten people would choose Mahomes and the Chiefs over anybody else.
