Everybody talks about Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons when talking about the Dallas Cowboys.
Of course, that makes sense.
They’re the biggest stars playing the fanciest positions.
Their best player, however, might be on their special teams unit.
At least, that’s how Skip Bayless may feel right now.
Following their close win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the controversial analyst took to X to share a rather bold statement, going as far as to claim that he’s the greatest kicker of all time.
Brandon Aubrey, greatest kicker ever.

That’s a lot to say, as we cannot forget about legends like Adam Vinatieri, Stephen Gostkowski, or even Justin Tucker.
Even so, Brandon Aubrey does deserve a place among the elite.
The All-Pro kicker just made NFL history.
He knocked down his league-best 14th field goal of 50+ yards this season.
He had three such kicks in that game alone.
He now holds the single-season record for the most fifty-yarders drilled in a single season, taking down the record set by Houston Texans kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn just last season.
Aubrey is also the first kicker in NFL history to have at least 10 field goals of 50+ yards in back-to-back seasons.
The Cowboys clearly have a lot of trust in his leg, even sending him out there to attempt a 70-yarder in Week 15 vs. the Carolina Panthers.
Kickers don’t get the recognition and praise they deserve, but when they’re missing more routine kicks and PATs than ever, having a player of Aubrey’s caliber is priceless.
