As the NFL season is now in December, it is a good time for analysts and sports media personalities to offer their predictions on which teams will make the playoffs.
Fox Sports’s Skip Bayless believes the Philadelphia Eagles have a deep and magical playoff run ahead of them.
“The Philadelphia Eagles are going to win the NFC and the Super Bowl,” Bayless wrote on social media.
Of course, Bayless posted this after watching the No. 1 seeded Detroit Lions pull out a close victory at home in prime time over the Green Bay Packers.

This take is not too shabby considering what Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni and Co. have done over their last eight games.
They have won all eight games and are nipping at the Lions’ heels, as they currently have a record of 10-2.
One of the league’s most balanced and dangerous teams, the Eagles possess an arsenal of weapons led by Pro Bowl quarterback Jalen Hurts, stud running back Saquon Barkley, and dangerous wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
Defensively, seasoned defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has made this unit one of the stingiest groups in the league.
They currently rank first in total defense (282.8 yards per game allowed).
After the way the end of last season unfolded for this team, they had to make some changes and get back to work.
The results are becoming very evident, and a championship could be on the horizon in the City of Brotherly Love.
