The Dallas Cowboys have been at the forefront of many NFL offseason conversations.
After another playoff berth in 2022, the Cowboys, once again, fell short of a deep postseason run, despite their talented roster.
One of their most heavily-criticized team members is Dak Prescott, the team’s starting quarterback for the past eight years.
Prescott has publically stated that he’s expecting his interception total to be lower in 2023, which got a rise out of Skip Bayless.
“Wait, Dak ‘guaranteed’ he’ll have few interceptions this year?” said Bayless.
Wait, Dak "guaranteed" he'll have few interceptions this year??? I WOULD HOPE SO. HE LED THE NFL WITH 15 DESPITE MISSING 5 GAMES!!! That's the weakest guarantee of all time. That's just insulting. Gee, thanks, Dak. Big of you.

Prescott was the co-leader in interceptions last season, totaling 15.
Bayless pointed out that he led this statistical category, even though he missed five games due to injury concerns.
Prescott will enter the 2023 season under immense pressure.
Cowboys fans expect a lot of them this year, given their talent on both sides of the ball.
Analysts have also cited the Cowboys as a team that should be all-in this season, especially given the number of young players they will want to pay in the next few years.
While football is a team effort, Prescott must make significantly fewer mistakes to give his team a shot at a postseason run.
Their path hasn’t gotten any more accessible, especially given the strength of their division.
The NFC East sent three representatives to the playoffs last year, including the Cowboys, New York Giants, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
While the NFC is generally seen as weaker than the AFC, the margin for error in this league is small.
Can Prescott turn things around this season?
