The Denver Broncos are the laughingstock of the NFL right now as they lost in historic fashion to the Miami Dolphins in Week 3.
The Broncos were absolutely blown out by the Dolphins, 70-20, an embarrassing effort that everyone in the organization should be ashamed of.
Miami raced out to an early lead thanks to Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill and while Denver was able to respond they simply couldn’t keep up with them the rest of the afternoon.
Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane took turns gashing the Broncos defense on the ground while Hill was able to find himself open on nearly every passing down.
Even without Jaylen Waddle available, Miami proved that they have enough explosive playmakers to stress out any defense.
After a beating like that, it would be hard for any team to rally around each other and try to turn things around.
Denver legend Shannon Sharpe was upset with the loss and had no issues letting his former team hear it via “First Take.”
“You just got 70 dropped on your dome. A 50 piece and 20 extra flats at no charge. … Yesterday was unacceptable,” Sharpe said.

Sharpe has every right to feel mad about what he saw on Sunday as the Broncos showed little to no fight once the game got out of hand.
It’s one thing for a team to win in a dominant fashion, but it’s another to quit and leave fans wondering whether or not players are willing to tough it out.
Through three weeks, it looks like Denver and Sean Payton have a lot to worry about as their season already feels like it’s in jeopardy.
