With the 2023 NFL Draft in the rear-view mirror, pro football has entered the slow part of the offseason where fans have to wait for OTAs to take place before training camp starts in July.
It gave a few members of the San Francisco 49ers time to attend Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers at Chase Center on Thursday.
Among the players who attended were George Kittle, Christian McCaffrey, and Sam Darnold, who were seen meeting with Klay Thompson.

After they lost Game 1, the Warriors responded with a 127-100 rout in Game 2 to tie the series at one game apiece.
Kittle has been something of a security blanket for the 49ers over the last several years, as he quickly evolved from a fifth-round draft pick in 2017 to a four-time Pro Bowler.
Last season, he had 765 yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns while earning Pro Bowl honors, as well as his third All-Pro nod.
McCaffrey arrived in a midseason trade with the Carolina Panthers in October, and he transformed San Francisco from a middling, stagnant offensive squad to one that was dynamic and red-hot.
In 11 regular season games with them, he posted 746 rushing yards, 464 receiving yards and 10 total touchdowns.
If or when the 49ers figure out their quarterback situation, which now includes Darnold, they could have the best team in the NFC and possibly in the entire NFL, at least on paper.
They added star defensive tackle Javon Hargrave this offseason, and they’re waiting on starting quarterback Brock Purdy to recover from a torn UCL in his throwing elbow.NEXT: 49ers GM Gives Latest Injury Update On Brock Purdy
