As many people expected, the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens treated the nation to a classic battle on Sunday in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, with the Bills sneaking past Lamar Jackson and crew by a final score of 27-25.
The Bills will now get yet another shot at the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game this coming weekend.
Although many expected Sunday’s game to be very close and competitive, there were also plenty of doubts about Buffalo, and head coach Sean McDermott addressed those specific doubts, per Dan Fetes.

While Buffalo established a 21-10 lead going into halftime, Baltimore fought back every step of the way afterward, and with 1:44 left in the fourth quarter, Jackson found tight end Isaiah Likely for a touchdown that brought his team to within two points.
Baltimore then went for a two-point conversion, and it looked like it would be a successful one when Jackson got the football to Mark Andrews, his other main tight end threat, only to see Andrews fumble the ball and an opportunity to give the Ravens a shot at getting to the AFC title game.
The Ravens seemed to have the more talented roster coming into this game, and sure enough, Jackson outplayed Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen while the Ravens had more passing yards and rushing yards.
But Jackson had two turnovers, the second of which quickly led to an Allen touchdown, and that was ultimately the difference in the game.
Kansas City has beaten Buffalo in the playoffs three times in the previous four seasons, and a win this coming weekend could possibly be the biggest one in Bills franchise history to this point.
