The NBA has taken its talents to Mexico City again, this time to delight the home crowd with an exciting and high-flying matchup between two up-and-coming teams like the Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic.
Still, those in attendance got to see more than just the young stars who took the court by storm, but also one of the greatest players to ever lace them up.
Chicago Bulls legend and six-time NBA Champion Scottie Pippen took to the Mexico City Arena to watch a nail-biter between Trae Young’s troops and Paolo Banchero’s squad, which ended with a one-point win for the Hawks.

Pippen is obviously one of the most beloved and respected living legends of the game, a lockdown defender who helped Michael Jordan become the greatest player of all time and who also helped the Bulls become the most iconic dynasty we’ve ever seen.
His reputation has taken a big hit over the past couple of years for his never-ending and constant shots at Jordan, going as far as calling him a bad basketball player and praising LeBron James.
Pippen took offense to the fact that Jordan revealed that he didn’t want to play for the Bulls because of a contract dispute in his Last Dance documentary, and he’s gone on a crusade to discredit him ever since.
Even so, no one can take anything away from him and everything he accomplished during his playing days, even if some of his former teammates don’t seem to like him that much.
