Portland Trail Blazers rookie is looking to make an impression on fans in multiple ways.
Not only does he want to be the best rookie of the 2023-24 season, but he also wants to put a smile on the face of the faithful fanbase that so desperately needs it.
He gave it his best shot on Sunday when he sang to the crowd at Portland’s annual Fan’s Fest.
Henderson and his team seemed to love every second and note of Henderson’s performance and the people in the stands also enjoyed it and clapped along.

Fan’s Fest is a yearly event that allows the loyal followers of the team to see their favorite players have some fun and get warmed up before the new season.
On Sunday, the team was able to witness Henderson and some other new recruits to the team, including big man Deandre Ayton.
According to The Oregonian, Henderson’s lob pass to Ayton during the team’s scrimmage was one of the highlights of the evening.
Fans were happy with what they saw during the game but when it concluded, they were treated to Henderson’s surprise vocal performance.
Although many people agree that Henderon’s rendition of Mary J. Blige’s “Family Affair” wasn’t awards-worthy, nearly everyone enjoyed it.
The team is just weeks away from moving on from the Damian Lillard era.
This summer has been long and somewhat painful for fans so they are ready to believe in their team again.
No matter what the season ahead brings, it looks like Henderson is going to have a lot of fun.
