A few weeks ago, the Pittsburgh Steelers chose to make the bold move to part ways with offensive coordinator Matt Canada, which seemed to be a bit premature, considering the team was still winning football games despite their obvious problems offensively.
Coming into Week 13 against the Arizona Cardinals, the Steelers were given an opportunity to prove that Canada was the problem on offense, but the opposite seems to be happening.
Along with losing second-year quarterback Kenny Pickett to an injury earlier in the game, the Steelers came out flat offensively against one of the worst teams in the NFL.
The Steelers were finally able to find the end zone on Sunday, with Mitchell Trubisky connecting with Diontae Johnson on a two-yard strike, but the damage may already have been done, with Arizona leading 24-10 late in the fourth quarter, which prompted Ryan Clark of ESPN to apologize to Canada via Twitter.
Welp!! Matt Canada. You’re off the hook. My bad.

Ultimately, the Steelers lost their fifth game of the season on Sunday, with the Cardinals pulling off the upset against Pittsburgh on the road at Acrisure Stadium, as Mike Tomlin’s squad couldn’t score more than 10 points against this lowly Arizona team.
The main concern for the Steelers moving forward is the status of their starting quarterback, but the team still has a lot of issues on the offensive side of the football, which might be why they miss the NFL playoffs this season.
In the final stretch of the regular season, Pittsburgh will face the New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals, Seattle Seahawks, and Baltimore Ravens.
