The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off one of their toughest losses of the season.
Fortunately for them, there haven’t been that many losses.
Two came with Justin Fields at the helm, and two more with Russell Wilson.
The team, however, has looked much better with the latter leading the way.
That’s why a young Steelers fan recently reached out to him to inquire whether he would re-sign with them next season, to which he replied that he hoped so (via Andrew Fillipponi).

The Steelers should also love everything they’ve gotten out of him this season.
While the decision to start him over Fields was met with skepticism and criticism, it didn’t take long before he proved that Mike Tomlin was right all along.
The Steelers’ offense looks the best since the prime Ben Roethlisberger’s days.
Of course, a lot of that also has to do with finally moving on from Matt Canada, and Arthur Smith has done a much better job of scheming and calling the plays.
But still, Wilson has gotten his career back on track after two tough seasons, so this team looks like a perfect fit for him.
The Steelers believed in him when no one else did, which has got to count for something.
Making the numbers work, however, might be the tough part here.
He’s currently on a bargain deal because the Denver Broncos are paying most of his salary, but that will not be the case going forward.
