The Denver Broncos are in London and ready for their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
However, quarterback Russell Wilson had a very interesting workout he did while traveling with the team.
While the workout is making its rounds online, Wilson is commenting about his workout.
So what was it that Wilson did on the way over to London, and what did he say about it?
Wilson Does High-Knees While On Flight To London
While Denver is the mile-high city, Wilson was joining a mile-high club of in-flight workouts.
Here's the video of Russell Wilson talking about working out and stretching for 4 of the 8 hours on the #Broncos flight from Denver to London.

Wilson explains to reports how his first two hours were spent doing film study.
However, his next four hours were spent with him doing high-knees and working out his legs.
While his teammates were knocked out, Wilson was doing his own workout routine on the flight.
He then ended his flight with an hour of sleep and another hour of film study.
But his comments about his workout turned into internet gold on Twitter.
Users online started posting videos of what they thought Russ was doing.

However, a video of Katt Williams posted by Charles J. Moore on Twitter seems the most accurate.

While people are having fun over the workout, the Broncos head into their game with a 2-5 record.
That record isn’t a laughing matter, as Wilson was the guy brought in to fix the team’s offensive woes.
