When last season came to an end, many fans of the Los Angeles Clippers were very happy with what they saw from Russell Westbrook.
And Westbrook has sworn that he’s only getting started and will continue to play hard and well in the upcoming season.
A new video shared by Westbrook on Instagram, via ClutchPoints, proves that he was very serious about that.
In the video, Westbrook is practicing hard in the practice gym, weaving through defenders, showing off his handles, and working with the same sort of fire and speed he always has.

This is definitely what Clippers fans have been hoping for.
During his 21 games with the Clippers, Westbrook posted 15.8 points and 7.6 assists.
Beyond his point production, Westbrook also played like a man on a mission.
He was arguably the most important part of the Clippers’ lineup during their short stint in the playoffs.
The team has many issues to figure out, such as what they will do with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
But, as of now, Westbrook is one of the few sure things the Clippers have.
This is quite the change from how he performed with the Los Angeles Lakers.
While he also played with drive with the Lakers, his style of play didn’t fit with the roster that was already built.
But that’s not the case with the Clippers.
However, how will Westbrook fit in when both Leonard and George are back?
Will he still be a bright spot for the team?
There is no doubt that he will certainly try.
