Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz is one of the most important and powerful and impactful centers in the NBA.
However, his time in Utah may be coming to an end.
While the team has sat towards the top of the Western Conference standings over the last few seasons, some big changes may be in store for them.
The Raptors are expected to have interest in Rudy Gobert this offseason.

Gobert’s exit may be one of those big changes.
It is being reported that the Toronto Raptors are expected to have an interest in signing Gobert this offseason.
That would big a huge change for both teams, but could help both of them in the future.
Gobert Going North
Gobert averaged 12.4 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists this season, proving that he is literally and figuratively a major part of the Jazz’s lineup.
He would definitely improve Toronto’s chances of making it further into the postseason.
The Raptors, like the Jazz, have been doing good work over the last few years and have quite a few terrific players.
But they are still falling short, which means that something isn’t working and change might be needed.
The idea of Gobert getting assists from Fred VanVleet sounds tantalizing to Toronto fans.
But what would the Jazz get in return for the big man?
Gobert is one of the most valuable centers in the association which means that Utah won’t give him up for nothing.
Any trade that Gobert is a part of will be a big one, a package deal that sends a lot of talent in both directions.
Therefore, it could really shake up both the Western and Eastern Conferences in minutes.
Toronto might want Gobert but that doesn’t mean they’ll get him – there will be many teams vying for him.
