Rowdy Tellez had himself a night on Wednesday against the Cincinnati Reds.

The Milwaukee Brewers slugging first baseman put on quite a show in Milwaukee’s complete destruction of the Reds.

The final score was 18-4.

The Brewers secured a series win over the Reds and will look for the sweep this afternoon.

The Brewers are already off to a great start as they lead the NL Central by 2.5 games with a 17-8 record.

But the story of last night’s game was Tellez.

He had a four-hit night with two home runs, a double, and eight RBI, becoming the first player in Brewers’ history to record an eight-RBI game.

What a night for Rowdy Tellez 👏

Getting Rowdy

Wow!

What a show put on by Tellez.

You likely won’t see eight-RBI games too often unless the score is super lopsided like it was last night.

The Brewers completely dismantled the Reds with their blowout win and recorded 17 hits.

But Tellez led the way for Milwaukee and made some Brewers’ history in the process.

Sometimes, you just have one of those nights.

Sometimes, a player is just so locked in and can’t be taken out of his zone.

That was certainly the case with Tellez on Wednesday night.

He put together a monumental performance against the Reds and sent them to their 21st loss of the season already.

These are the kind of numbers you see in video games like MLB The Show.

It’s easier to do it in a video game than it is in real life, and Tellez sure was able to do it last night.

He was locked in from the start and there was simply no slowing him down as he put together a historic night.
