The Atlanta Braves have been the best team in the National League for the entire season.
It is no surprise to see them as the favorite to win the World Series.
They have one of the best lineups in recent memory.
One through nine they can do damage and flip any game on its head.
The one player who has made all the difference this year for the Braves is Ronald Acuna Jr.
He has been unbelievable this season.
Acuna became the first player in MLB history with 30 home runs and 60 stolen bases in a season.
But he is on pace to accomplish much more than that this season.
According to Grant McAuley, Acuna is on pace for 40 home runs, 74 stolen bases, and 146 runs scored.

Despite his incredible season, Acuna is not a lock to win the NL MVP award.
That is due to the season that Mookie Betts is having.
He has been incredible in his own right while adding much more on defense than Acuna.
Both players deserve the honor, unfortunately only one can win.
Since the Braves have the best record in the NL that may be the slight edge Acuna needs to take home his first MVP.
What he has done this season is something we may never see again.
If he does not win the MVP this year it is fair to wonder if he will ever win it.
These last few weeks of the regular season could do a lot to sway voters one way or the other.
