That’s why, after all that has transpired this season and in the past, Robert Griffin III took to X to call them the ‘worst run franchise in football.’

Truth be told, it’s hard to argue with that statement.
They’ve ruined way too many young quarterbacks already, and the fans fear they might do the same with Caleb Williams.
Analysts argued that there was no need to bring back Matt Eberflus this season.
They did so, and the results are showing.
This team was one stop from going 5-2.
Now, they’ve dropped ten games in a row.
The Bears have almost every piece they need to build a sustainable project.
The problem is that, given the way they’ve operated in the past, it’s hard to believe they’re going to make the right moves.
Their next hire will be crucial, and if they don’t sign the right guy to lead the way from the sidelines, Caleb Williams’ promising career could be yet another in the long list of promising players whose teams failed them.
