Tight end Rob Gronkowski has had an accomplished NFL career.
He won a combined four Super Bowls from the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
He is also a four-time First-Team All-Pro and a five-time Pro Bowler.
Gronkowski is also a member of the 2010s All-Decade Team and NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team.
For now, the former Arizona standout remains a free agent.
He did declare his desire to play with Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.
But with Tom Brady returning for his 23rd NFL season, Gronkowski might consider returning to the Buccaneers.
He was instrumental in the team’s Super Bowl LV victory over the Kansas City Chiefs by catching two touchdowns.
Those scores helped him establish an impressive Super Bowl mark

The NFL on CBS Twitter account revealed that Gronkowski’s five receiving touchdowns are the most in the Super Bowl since 2000.
It’s not even close because 12 other players have two touchdowns each.
Being a staple during Brady’s latter years in New England helped elevate Gronkowski’s career.
Whether he plays football again or not, his accomplishments over 11 seasons should be enough to make him a Hall of Famer.
Will Gronkowski Play Football In 2022?
It seems that Tampa Bay doesn’t have the intention of bringing him back, going with Cameron Brate instead.
The tight end market hasn’t been necessarily hot this offseason, which affects his options.
Even if he played only 12 games last season, Gronkowski still compiled 802 yards and six touchdowns.
Therefore, he can still be a steady contributor for any NFL team.
If injuries start to happen, teams will be picking up their phone to contact him.
