One team who has gotten plenty of publicity over the past few weeks has been the Denver Nuggets.
They have gone on a tear through the Western Conference playoffs.
Now they are set to play in the franchise’s first NBA Finals starting on Thursday.
Many casual NBA fans were not aware of how good the Nuggets are.
Or even how great their best player Nikola Jokic is.
The two-time NBA MVP has been dominant through this playoff run and continues to set records.
He is a triple-double machine and one of the toughest players to guard in the NBA.
One NFL legend has taken a liking to the Nuggets and Jokic in particular.
Rob Gronkowski said on Up & Adams that the Nuggets are his favorite team and Jokic is his favorite player.
“He is my favorite player by far. I love watching him. He’s like my long lost [Serbian] brother that is better looking than me but has a bigger nose.”

Gronk mentioned how Jokic is like his long-lost brother.
He also said how he loves watching the Nuggets play and how their whole team gets involved.
Also, Gronk predicted that the Nuggets will win the Finals in six games.
Heading into the series, the Nuggets are overwhelming favorites over the Heat.
But, the Heat have been underdogs all postseason long.
It should surprise no one if this is a competitive series.
Each team has one of the best performers of the 2023 playoffs.
It will be fun watching these teams go head-to-head and seeing how they adjust from game to game.
