The Los Angeles Lakers continue to be up and down.
They can either blow out a team or get blown out; you never know what version of them you’re going to get.
Notably, a lot of that has to be on the coach, as Darvin Ham is supposed to have his team ready to compete night in and night out.
That’s why former Super Bowl champion Richard Sherman believes his days in Southern California are numbered.
Talking on “Undisputed,” the retired defensive back talked about how there have been so many rumors and talks about Ham’s job security.
“I can’t see Darvin Ham being there much longer,” Sherman said.

He also stated that he was supposed to be a motivator and a defensive-minded coach, yet you don’t see either of those on the court.
Sherman said that it’s frustrating to watch this team and compare it to what they’ve been at their best because they’ve shown just how good they can be, especially defensively, when they’re locked in.
He thinks they just don’t care anymore, and while the coach can’t be out there making shots and playing defense, he doesn’t think changing the coach will do anything because it’s a player issue.
Then again, Ham has seemingly been out-coached more often than not.
He’s failed to make adjustments when his team gets off to a slow start to the campaign, and there’s always a lot of pressure and expectations when you’re coaching LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
