The Buffalo Bills, their fans, and everybody around the league went through one of the biggest scares in professional sports history.
Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field during a game versus the Cincinnati Bengals, and even when he was rushed to the hospital, most people feared the worst.
That’s why the sole fact that he was able to be back on the field for the preseason is nothing short of a miracle, which is why Rich Eisen wanted to make sure no one forgot about this.

Hamlin has put in a lot of hard work to be back on the field.
From all the things he went through to being medically cleared, and the sole fact that he actually wants to be out there again speaks volumes of his resiliency, determination, and utmost love and respect for the game.
The Bills failed to go the distance and win the Super Bowl last season.
But having him on the field and padded up every single Sunday should be motivation enough and a big reminder for everybody around him that what seemed impossible may not be at all.
Today, Hamlin is determined to get back to his usual level and prove that he hasn’t missed a step, and he’s looking forward to having a long and successful career in the National Football League.
