Ever since Mike McDaniel and Tyreek Hill arrived in South Beach, the Miami Dolphins have had the most explosive offense in the game.
Having Hill lining up opposite Jaylen Waddle has brought out the best of Tua Tagovaiola, and they added another speedster and dominant playmaker in De’Von Achane last season as well.
Now, the Dolphins are looking forward to adding yet another threat in the passing game.
According to a report by NFL insider Ari Meirov, they’ve officially reached out to Odell Beckahm Jr. with a contract offer.

The news was confirmed by coach McDaniel himself, so it might be a matter of time before the former LSU star takes his talents to Florida.
On the surface, this move makes perfect sense.
While OBJ is no longer the superstar he used to be, he could still be a major threat as their third wide receiver, and he should have plenty of wide-open looks, especially in the intermediate section of the field.
Of course, this would only make sense if the money is right for the Dolphins, as Beckham Jr. is no longer a big-money kind of player, and the deal should be incentive-based.
OBJ is one of the most athletic and talented players we’ve seen in the past two decades, and he can make a big impact on the field when healthy.
Staying on the gridiron, however, has been an issue for him over the past three seasons or so.
This could be the ultimate low-risk/high-reward for the Dolphins or the end of the line for the former Super Bowl champion.
