Reports emerged that the Ravens recently worked out former Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Carl Lawson.

Lawson offers Baltimore a proven solution to bolster their struggling pass rush.
He demonstrated his ability to pressure quarterbacks last season with the Dallas Cowboys before entering free agency.
The Auburn product was originally selected by the Bengals in the fourth round of the 2017 draft, completing a four-year rookie contract worth $3.05 million.
He then signed a three-year, $45 million deal with the New York Jets in 2021.
Facing a $15 million base salary in 2023, Lawson agreed to a pay cut before becoming an unrestricted free agent and joining Dallas during training camp.
He split time between the practice squad and active roster in 2024, appearing in 15 games while recording 15 tackles, four tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and five sacks.
His experience and production could provide immediate help for a Ravens defense searching for answers.
