The Baltimore Ravens desperately need to get their best player back on the field.
Lamar Jackson missed Week 5’s blowout loss to the Houston Texans with a hamstring injury, and he will also miss the clash with the Los Angeles Rams.
Fortunately for them, it might not be long before he gets back on the field.
Apparently, they believe he can return after their bye week in Week 7:

Jackson is one of the best players in all of football, and not having him out there has clearly been a big blow to John Harbaugh’s team.
The Ravens are 1-4 after five weeks, and they’re currently 7.5-point underdogs against Sean McVay’s team.
They may have the worst defense in the league at the moment, and even though they’re still the odds-on favorites to win the AFC North division, they will have to be almost flawless to pull it off once Jackson is back, especially if they fall to 1-5 as expected.
So far, the multi-time MVP has completed 71 percent of his passes for 869 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, and one interception.
He’s also turned 21 carries into 166 rushing yards and another touchdown.
In the meantime, veteran star Derrick Henry will have to turn back the clock and do most of the heavy lifting.
He’s failed to make much of an impact this season, and, with all the money they’re paying him, he will have to prove not only that he still has plenty left in the tank, but also that he’s still a superstar.
