The Los Angeles Rams have been inconsistent throughout the 2024 NFL season as they’ve seemingly alternated between good and bad games, but they remain in the hunt for the NFC West crown.
The division is bunched up among all four teams, meaning that this last stretch of the regular season is important for playoff positioning.
Unfortunately for Los Angeles, it could wind up on the outside looking in, as they’ve got a tough Week 14 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
A loss to the Bills would put a serious dent in the Rams’ playoff hopes, so they’ll need to put their best foot forward to defeat a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
Defensively, Los Angeles has its work cut out trying to slow down Josh Allen and the rest of the Buffalo offense.
Ahead of the matchup, the Rams made a minor roster move.

Woods signed with L.A. after he was not selected in the 2024 NFL Draft and made the team’s 53-man roster after training camp.
He recently was waived and re-signed to the practice squad, and now he will get a shot to suit up against the Bills.
The Rams’ starting cornerbacks are Cobie Durant and Darious Williams, so Woods likely will see time on special teams and serve as secondary depth if needed.
The Rams will need a solid defensive game plan if they hope to pull off an upset and take another step toward possibly reaching the postseason.
