Today is yet another off day for the St. Louis Cardinals.
On Saturday, they will get set to take on the Chicago Cubs in this year’s edition of Major League Baseball’s London Series.
Adam Wainwright will start the series opener.
But on their off day, the Cardinals have been out and about exploring London, taking in all the sights and sounds of the city.
On Twitter, the team posted a few pictures which show players such as Wainwright and Willson Contreras as they explored the city and enjoyed their time on the opposite side of the pond before their big series with the Cubs.

The last London Series took place in 2019.
Then, it was a matchup between the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox.
The Cardinals and Cubs were originally going to face each other in the 2020 London Series before the pandemic foiled those plans.
Three years later, the two teams finally have an opportunity to explore the city and the country of Great Britain.
The pictures show Wainwright and Contreras taking selfies together.
One also features the veteran right-hander on the field at London Stadium, as he explores what the ballpark has to offer ahead of this big series.
The Cardinals also come into this series with a little much-needed momentum.
They have won their last two series after going almost an entire month without a series win.
St. Louis took two of three from the New York Mets and Washington Nationals and will now look to wrap up the road trip on a positive note.
