The Las Vegas Raiders will have their best offensive player on the field on Monday night.
They may have survived a major scare.
According to a report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Brock Bowers won’t have to miss time:
“#Raiders coach Pete Carroll says he expects TE Brock Bowers (knee) to play Monday against the #Chargers. He looked good in practice today,” Rapoport posted on X.

The second-year tight end sat out Thursday and Friday, but he practiced on Saturday.
He was also spotted with a brace over a sleeve on his left knee.
Even so, the Georgia product claimed that he felt good during practice.
When asked about whether he would be able to suit up, he sounded optimistic.
Bowers hurt his knee in the second half of the season-opening win over the New England Patriots.
He reportedly felt good enough to get back, but the Raiders chose to keep him out as a precaution.
He was dominating before that, hauling in five receptions for 103 yards, including two catches of more than 30 yards.
Bowers looked like a superstar in the making in his rookie season, leading all tight ends in receiving yards (1,194).
Geno Smith is one of the most underrated gunslingers in the league, and with Bowers’ big-play ability, he’s a strong candidate to lead all players in his position in that regard as well.
And with new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly calling the shots, the sky seems to be the limit for the second-year pro.
His availability will pose a major threat to a Los Angeles Chargers defense that could rank among the best in the AFC this season.
