The Los Angeles Clippers have been the laughingstock of the NBA for the past couple of weeks now as they’ve yet to win a game since trading for James Harden.
The Clippers have managed to drop six consecutive games, prompting those around the league to question whether or not Harden was the right move for them to make.
Head coach Tyronn Lue has the unenviable task of trying to figure out lineups and rotations that make sense for the roster, though that could be a problem given the personnel.
With so much talent, the smart bet is that Los Angeles eventually figures things out though until then they could continue to struggle to keep up in the Western Conference.
Opposing fans have enjoyed seeing the Clippers lose games, and even former players are taking jabs at the organization.
For example, Paul Pierce joked that L.A. should consider hiring Lil’ Baby as a coach via Showtime.
“I got something that can fix the Clippers.. if the Clippers hire Lil Baby as an assistant coach then they’re gonna go somewhere,” Pierce said.

Pierce was obviously not serious when he made his suggestion, but it speaks to how difficult Lue’s job is nowadays.
Lue is widely regarded as one of the best head coaches in the league, but even he is going to need to think long and hard about how he wants this team to look and feel on the court.
Not everything is Harden’s fault as he continues to try and integrate himself with his new teammates, but the group needs to come together before it’s too late.
