
Paul Pierce is an NBA Hall of Famer, ten-time All-Star, and 2008 champion.
And he isn’t going to let people online forget about it.
Pierce got on Twitter and shot back at the followers, fans, and critics who critique his game.
“I’m still better at hoop than 99.9 percent of people on twitter,” Piece said, while not directly addressing who he was firing at.

We may not know exactly who Pierce was tweeting about when he wrote this but he’s right: he is better than most people online.
During his career, he averaged 19.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.5 assists.
For the vast majority of his time in the NBA, he was a leading player on the Boston Celtics.
In the last few years of his career, he moved to the Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, and finally the Los Angeles Clippers.
He retired with the Clippers at the end of the 2016-17 season, averaging 11.1 minutes per game.
Even during his NBA tenure, Pierce was very outspoken about himself, his team, his opponents, his skills and those of the people he played against.
Since retiring, Pierce has remained involved in the league, performing as a commentator and also making his opinions known online and on podcasts.
Like many other NBA stars, Pierce has become a fan of Twitter and isn’t afraid of speaking honestly about how he feels.
Of course, the social media site allows fans and critics to speak out as well.
But Pierce has the ability to respond to them.
Pierce definitely earned a bunch of followers and critics during his years in the league and tweets like this will surely gain him even more.
