Despite his high ankle sprain, Patrick Mahomes continues to shine in the postseason.
Last night, after defying all odds, Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to a last-second victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, securing his third Super Bowl appearance in his first five seasons in the league.
After Sunday's last-second win, Patrick Mahomes has now guided 3 lead-changing (tied or took lead) drives in his playoff career that began with 1:00 or less on the clock.
He's the only player in NFL history with more than 1, per @EliasSports.

This was Mahomes’ third postseason game that he led a drive with less than a minute on the clock, resulting in a tie or overtaking the lead.
There’s a reason that he is dubbed a magician by many.
Although Mahomes is still injured, he was still able to put up a stat line of 326 yards and two touchdowns, completing 67 percent of passes along the way.
The Bengals had beaten the Chiefs on three straight occasions, but could not overcome Mahomes last night.
The Chiefs looked unstoppable at times and will look to continue their dominance in the Super Bowl.
Although Mahomes is just 27 years old, he has already drawn comparisons to Tom Brady.
While he has a long way to go, Mahomes could notch his second ring this season, leaving him five behind Brady.
With weapons like Travis Kelce, Kadarius Toney, and Jerick McKinnon at the helm, Mahomes and the Chiefs have proven that they can overcome anything that is thrown their way.
The world will be watching to see if they can overcome one last obstacle, the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles were the league’s highest-scoring offense in the regular season.
Will a hobbled Mahomes be able to keep up with the Eagles’ high-powered offense?
