Having the last laugh is something not many NFL players can brag about, but Patrick Mahomes sure knows one thing or two about silencing the doubters.
He’s made it to three Super Bowls, has multiple awards and marks, and is already a two-time Super Bowl champion, establishing himself as the guy to beat in the league until further notice.
That’s why his colleague Joe Burrow didn’t hesitate to tip his hat and call him the best quarterback in the league right now, although his teammate Ja’Marr Chase didn’t seem to agree.
Chase replied, “Pat who?” and it seems like Mahomes kept receipts of those comments, as he seemingly responded with an epic tweet after getting his second ring.
According to Ari Meirov, Mahomes took to Twitter to showcase his two rings with a post captioned “That’s who,” and two ring emojis, and that’s the ultimate clap back.

Notably, the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs have developed a fierce rivalry over the past couple of years, with Burrow and Mahomes going toe-to-toe in some instant classics in the postseason.
Mahomes and the Chiefs got back at the Bengals in last year’s AFC Championship Game en route to the Super Bowl, and it seems like this could be one of those epic rivalries that could last for more than a decade.
With that in mind, it’s normal to see some animosity and pettiness from both sides.
