The Chicago Bulls added another player to their roster in the buyout market.
That player is former Los Angeles Lakers Guard Patrick Beverley.
Beverley has always been one of the more outspoken players in the NBA.
He even has a podcast called “The Pat Bev Podcast” where he talks about all things happening in the NBA.
He is not afraid to say what is on his mind, and that has made him a villain in the eyes of some.
But once Beverley chose to sign with the Bulls, you can be sure he circled the matchups with the Lakers on his schedule.
The Bulls and Lakers are still scheduled to meet two times over the rest of the season.
Beverley has one clear goal for when he matches up with his former team.

The Lakers have not been good this season.
Coming out of the all-star break they have a record of 27-32 and are currently in 13th place in the Western Conference.
With only 23 games left to play, the Lakers need to win at least 13 of them to make the playoffs.
Luckily there are a bunch of teams bunched together in the West, but the Lakers have shown no signs of winning basketball.
Pat Bev might get his wish to knock the Lakers out.
If the Bulls can win both games over LA, that could ultimately knock them out.
Beverley should be able to make a solid impact for the Bulls.
As a defender off the bench, he could help them slow down the opposing team’s best point guards.
Chicago will most likely make the playoffs in a bad Eastern Conference.
But, they are currently on the outside looking in.
It will take a good stretch of games for the Bulls to secure a spot in the play-in.
