The Green Bay Packers have an abundance of pass catchers right now.
With wide receiver Christian Watson set to make his return and season debut, that will only be more evident.
That’s why they might consider trading one of them before the upcoming NFL deadline.
According to insider Easton Butler, the New York Giants have already reached out, with eyes on Watson, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks.
The Giants have called the Packers interested in trading for one of their receivers, per @Easton__Butler.

The Packers would be wise to get some assets if they can.
It’s hard to believe they will be even slightly interested in parting with Watson, all things considered.
They have been patient with him through all his injuries, and the fact that they gave him a one-year contract extension while recovering from a torn ACL speaks to his value.
Doubs, on the other hand, has been the subject of trade rumors for years, as he didn’t seem to be pleased with his previous role in the offense.
Yet, he’s played well this season, and they might be better off giving him a contract extension as well.
That would leave Wicks as the potential odd man out.
He’s a good player, but he’s clearly behind the other wide receivers in the pecking order.
With rookie Matthew Golden improving weekly, and Jayden Reed set to return from injury at some point, they might not have room or need for Wicks going forward.
