The Green Bay Packers will look quite different next season.
With Aaron Rodgers taking his talents to the AFC East to join the New York Jets, the weight of the offense will now fall on Jordan Love’s shoulders.
Nonetheless, a lot of people still expect them to be in the mix for the top spot in the NFC North as they continue to have an elite defense.
Notably, star CB Jaire Alexander headlines that secondary defense, and judging by his latest statement, it seems like he feels better and more confident than ever ahead of the season.
Recently, Alexander told PFF that he doesn’t think any wide receiver is tough to cover, and that the only way they can beat him is if he makes a mistake.

That’s the kind of unmatched confidence you want to hear from your veteran leaders, especially considering the fact that everybody in the division will aim for them next season.
The Packers have been the team to beat in the division for quite a while now, and it feels like the North is up for grabs for the first time in years.
Everybody will want to give the Packers their best effort, and there’s no shortage of talent at the WR position in today’s game.
Alexander will have a tough time backing up these words, and this take might not exactly age well, but if someone can be confident in his game as one of the best corners in the league, that’s definitely him.
