After missing all of last season due to a torn ACL, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will be suiting up for the Baltimore Ravens this coming season.
He signed a one-year deal with them for $15 million, which is a lot of money for the Ravens to invest in a player who suffered two torn ACLs within an 18-month span.
In 2021, Beckham had 537 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 14 games, making it seem like his first ACL injury had robbed him of lots of his former ability.
But the 30-year-old seems dedicated to regaining his old form this fall.

It wasn’t too long ago that Beckham was a force to be reckoned with.
He logged at least 1,300 yards and made the Pro Bowl in each of his first three NFL seasons, and his downhill speed on the field was downright incredible.
At this point in his career, he may have to reinvent his game a little bit, but he has the ability to elevate the Ravens if he does get back to some semblance of his old self.
The Ravens have certainly been starving for a productive wide receiver — their most productive player at that position last season was Demarcus Robinson, who had a very modest 458 yards.
They do have one of the best tight ends in the league in Mark Andrews, but having your tight end be your most productive receiver is usually asking for trouble.
Beckham will need to step into the Wayback Machine if Baltimore is to improve on their 10-7 record from a year ago.
