The Miami Dolphins have a massive game this week against the Buffalo Bills.
With Buffalo winning the AFC East each of the past four seasons, and with this Week 2 matchup in Miami, this could be the Dolphins’ most important game of the 2024 campaign.
FOX Sports pundit Nick Wright said he believes the game is a must-win for the Dolphins.
“I would argue this is Miami’s biggest game of the season. … This is an upset alert and must-win,” Wright said on “First Things First.”

Wright also said he believes the Dolphins could have some advantages because they are at home and coming off a comeback win against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1.
On the other side, the Bills are coming off a narrow home win against the Arizona Cardinals and are without plenty of significant names from the past few seasons on both sides of the ball.
If there was ever a time for the Dolphins to finally get a big win over Josh Allen and the Bills, this would be it.
It is early in the season, and the weather should be hot in South Florida.
If the Dolphins have their sights set on having home-field advantage in the AFC playoffs, they have to take care of business against good teams from the conference at home.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa also has to prove he is worth the major contract extension he received this offseason.
This “Thursday Night Football” matchup has a chance to be one of the best prime time games of the NFL season.
