For years now, Philadelphia Eagles fans have questioned Nick Sirianni.
His decision-making and demeanor have left plenty to be desired at times.
They’ve also questioned his leadership and character, and some believe he and his players are disconnected.
That’s why some of them might feel a different way about him now.
According to a report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Eagles coach has taken big steps to try and get his team back on the same page.
He reportedly emphasized team bonding this week, even showing the team group celebrations.

This comes from A.J. Brown’s questionable comments about Jalen Hurts.
He argued that the team’s passing needed improvement, and their relationship didn’t seem in good shape.
Brown has a history of this behavior; it is the last thing a team with Super Bowl aspirations needs right now.
So, props to Sirianni for trying to get them back on track.
This situation has been rather surprising.
Brown had Hurts’ back in the past multiple times and vice versa, so this came pretty much out of the blue.
Also, it’s not like the Eagles are struggling.
They’re currently riding one of the longest winning streaks in the league and dominating all teams that come across them.
Players don’t necessarily need to like or even get along with each other, but it’s also a coach’s job to preserve harmony in the locker room.
