The good news is that Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams had a great game against the Kansas City Chiefs, with three receptions for 124 yards and two touchdowns.
The bad news is that his effort was not enough to topple their division rival during their Week 5 Monday Night Football game.
Kansas City escaped with a 30-29 victory and improved to 4-1.
In contrast, the Raiders suffered their fourth loss in five games.

Worst yet, Adams is facing some sanctions for pushing a camera operater out of his way after the game.
NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero tweeted, “#Raiders WR Davante Adams is facing NFL discipline — and potentially even a suspension — for shoving a man to the ground after Monday night’s loss to the #Chiefs, per sources.”
It’s not yet certain if the two-time First-Team All-Pro member will miss some games.
If he does, he will have to serve it after their bye in Week 6.
But this football fan suggests what Adams’ suspension should look like.
Thought about it. Davante Adams needs to be the example. If Adam Silver was the NFL commissioner, we would welcome a $250-$300k fine and 3 game suspension, stating that you can’t assault ppl just bc your poor emotional/anger management flies in NFL games

Meanwhile, this Twitter user connected Adams’ actions to Aaron Donald using a helmet to attack a fellow NFL player.
The three-time Defensive Player of the Year used two Cincinnati Bengals helmets during their offseason joint practice.
@KyleBrandt So Davante Adams is facing a suspension for knocking down a worker who ran right in front of him, but AD can swing helmets and discipline is “handled within”?

Raiders Hoping For A Turning Point
In some ways, Adams’ absence may inspire the Raiders to do better in their next game.
His emotions can wake up his teammates to exert more effort during their Week 7 matchup with the Houston Texans.
A one-game suspension is enough for Adams’ action, according to this football fan.
I think Davante Adams gets a 1 game suspension for shoving an employee, maybe more. I know it's football (not really it was post game) but just imagine something like that happened at any other workplace. That sound guy isn't an athlete.

But while there’s nothing funny about what Adams did, this guy found the lighter side of things.
Davante Adams doesn’t deserve a suspension, that guy didn’t even say excuse me.

It’s certain Adams’ action will not go unnoticed.
But whatever happens, the Raiders must do better than their 1-4 start.
