During an Instagram live video, he claims James Harrison gave him CTE.

The claim had Twitter users reacting and voicing their option over the statement made by Brown.
One user points out how doctors can’t diagnose CTE until after the person dies.

While the confirmation of CTE can only be made after death, it’s something commonly seen in people who take blows to the head.
Another user dismissed Brown’s claims, as they feel he is blaming everyone but himself for his problems.
