The Miami Dolphins can’t catch a break right now.
Their top-dollar franchise quarterback is hurt again; they didn’t make the playoffs, and their best wide receiver publicly admitted his desire to be traded.
However, one team’s problems might be another team’s blessing.
That’s why Micah Parsons didn’t waste a second trying to recruit Tyreek Hill.
Shortly after Hill changed his profile picture on X and news broke of him wanting to leave, the star defensive end pitched him the idea of being the fastest duo in the league.
Not to mention, there’s no state income tax in Texas.
@cheetah we can be the fastest duo in the league!!! ?? we also don’t have state income taxes!

Of course, the prospect of pairing Hill with Micah Parsons might be mouth-watering to Cowboys fans.
Then again, it’s not like his quarterback situation would get any better.
Furthermore, the Cowboys might not have the cap space to absorb his big contract, especially if they also have to pay Parsons for his impending contract extension.
Even if they had the money, it would be almost impossible to know what was happening in Jerry Jones’s mind.
Hill didn’t have a good season this year, not even when Tua Tagovailoa was healthy.
While the team’s season was disappointing, Hill also failed to do his part.
Nonetheless, given his talent and résumé, several teams should still be lining up and picking up the phone to inquire about his availability.
It remains to be seen whether the Cowboys will be one of those teams and have a chance to acquire him.
