With the NFL season now entering its final three weeks, there are only four teams still alive.
So that means the other 28 have already begun their offseason procedures.
For a few teams, that means looking for a new head coach.
Among the top head coach options available, you will see the name Sean Payton.
The former New Orleans Saints head coach has another interview lined up for Thursday of this week.
This time he will be headed to Arizona to interview with the Cardinals.

Throughout his time in the NFL, Payton has been viewed as an offensive guru.
He has put together some elite offenses during his time with the Saints, and in an NFL where offense is king, Payton has extreme value.
There is no question he will be the head coach of some team next season.
So why should he even consider the Cardinals?
Well, they have a good young quarterback in Kyler Murray.
Even though he is coming off an ACL tear, he is expected to be ready to play at some point next season.
The quarterback position should be what Payton looks at first when choosing his next team.
But, other than Murray, the Cardinals have plenty of holes to fill.
Also, they play in one of the toughest divisions in football, the NFC West.
How much Payton values an established quarterback will clear up which jobs he is serious about taking.
But, whatever team Payton agrees to coach will have to trade for his services from the Saints.
That is because he retired after last season, but is still technically under contract with them.
Any team willing to trade a first-round pick for Payton will have a great chance to make him their next head coach.
