NFL free agency is rapidly approaching.
The next several weeks are crucial for organizations across the league as they prepare for the 2023 season, preparing their roster for the draft in April.
Ahead of this deadline, teams have some difficult roster decisions to make.
NFL insider Ari Meirov highlighted players that are likely to be on a new roster to begin the 2023 season.

Joe Mixon, Jameis Winston, and Matt Ryan were Meirov’s call-outs from this list.
Mixon is in the midst of some legal trouble, as he was seen pointing a gun in someone’s face.
Although these charges were initially dropped, there is a widespread belief that Mixon could be brought up on these charges again in the future.
For the Bengals’ sake, many believe that it is in the team’s best interest to move on from Mixon, and either draft a high-caliber back or find someone in free agency.
Winston and Ryan have both had their share of time in the limelight in the NFL, but have fallen on hard times as of late.
The Indianapolis Colts have been consistently linked to drafting a quarterback in April, which would likely be at Ryan’s expense.
For Winston, the New Orleans Saints have been in talks to land a free agent like Derek Carr.
The organization is likely to move on from him, as they haven’t expressed faith in his abilities over the past year.
