Coming off a Super Bowl victory, many around the league predicted that the Kansas City Chiefs would be the favorites for the 2023 season.
Patrick Mahomes has routinely been touted as the league’s best quarterback, which is the main reason for this analysis.
However, Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are a close second for many.
In a recent segment of “Up & Adams,” Cris Collinsworth explained why he believes the Bengals can win it all this year.

Among other aspects of this roster, Collinsworth strongly believes in Burrow.
Burrow was a finalist in MVP voting during the 2022 season.
His presence in Cincinnati has not only turned the franchise around but he’s given faith to the fanbase as well.
The Bengals have made it to the AFC Championship Game in consecutive seasons, something that was a pipe dream before Burrow joined the team.
While the team has an uphill climb to return to the Super Bowl, Collinsworth thinks they can do it.
With Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins by his side, Burrow’s top two receivers are among the league’s best.
Their offensive line has dramatically improved throughout the offseason, which was previously a detriment to this roster.
Collinsworth’s prediction could come true if the Bengals can put everything together.
However, getting through the Chiefs is no tall task, given their recent track record against AFC teams.
As an organization, the Bengals are 0-3 in the Super Bowl, including a recent loss in 2021.
