We aren’t entirely sure what the 2024-25 season will look like for the Brooklyn Nets.
Few people expect them to reach the playoffs or have a great year, but they should show some signs of progress after years of turmoil.
One thing is for sure: they will have a new sponsor on their jerseys.
According to Erik Slater, the Nets will be sponsored by the global online travel experience platform GetYourGuide in 2024-25.
That means fans of the team will see the company’s logo on their favorite player’s shoulder all season long.

Jersey sponsors are a relatively new invention for the NBA and have only been around for a few years.
But during that time, plenty of big companies have signed on to sponsor teams because it’s a great way to raise awareness.
Even though the Nets will be a struggling team in 2024-25, GetYourGuide will draw a lot of interest because of this move.
However, they shouldn’t expect to be seen by many national television audiences.
That’s because most people aren’t expecting much from this team.
The Nets were already in a tough spot last season but things got even worse during the summer when they parted ways with Mikal Bridges.
This means Brooklyn will probably sit toward the bottom of the Eastern Conference in the new season.
However, they have accumulated some promising draft picks for the future and are obviously entering an intentional rebuilding phase.
So they might not be good right now but they could be exciting several years down the line.
