Steph Curry is known to do a lot of special things with the Golden State Warriors.
To many, Curry is considered the greatest shooter in the history of the league.
But, just when we think we have seen everything, he continues to amaze us.
Curry entered Friday’s night’s game against the Bulls, only 1 3 pointer behind Ray Allen‘s all-time record for 3 pointers made in season and postseason.
It didn’t take Curry long to get rolling.
Not even 2 minutes into the game Curry tied Allen and then surpassed Allen with a shot over Alex Caruso.

Curry finished with 40 points against the Bulls while shooting 9-17 from behind the 3 point arc.
There were plenty of thoughts among fans to Curry’s big night.

Record Broken:
Stephen Curry has made more career 3-pointers than anyone in NBA history, including playoffs.
He’s played 585 games fewer than second place, Ray Allen. pic.twitter.com/fMwJbSZUjt

Curry owns the single-season record of 402 3 pointers made that he set in the 2015-2016 season.
In that season, he averaged 5.1 3 pointers per game.
Going into the Bulls matchup Friday night, he was on that same pace at averaging over 5 3 pointers per contest.
Although we are only 12 games into the season, Curry is showing no signs of slowing down and could shatter his own record this season.
With already the league’s best record, the Warriors will only get stronger with the return of Klay Thompson.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Thompson is on track to be back by Christmas.
The Warriors will next play the Charlotte Hornets Monday night at 7:30 PM ET.
