There’s no bigger name in the NBA than Michael Jordan.
He’s been retired for decades, yet his aura remains untouched.
Of course, some might feel like LeBron James or anybody else was a better player, and to each his own.
Nevertheless, he’s the single greatest phenom in sports history, at least in terms of frenzy.
Even so, Jordan struggled to get rid of his iconic mansion.
That’s finally not the case anymore.
As reported by GoJo and Golic, his legendary mansion has finally been sold for roughly $9.5 million.
After 12 years, Michael Jordan's Chicago Mansion sells for $9.5 Million
"When you buy Michael Jordan's house, how much of the Michael Jordan stuff do you want left there? Do you buy it because of the nostalgia, or will you pluck it all off?" @mikegolicjr

Notably, the mansion was on the market for 12 years and was listed at a whopping $29 million at one point.
Of course, Jordan isn’t one to lose often, much less when it comes to business.
Then again, there was no point in keeping this real estate for much longer.
As great as the mansion is, reports state that it was quite expensive to keep it afloat.
Also, it was tailor-made to No. 23’s needs, and not many people needed an indoor basketball court in their house.
From one perspective, the mansion wasn’t a good investment, and whoever bought it will also have to spend a lot in taxes.
Even so, it’s more than evident that plenty of people on Earth would gladly do it out of sheer nostalgia or maybe even looking to turn it into a museum.
It was a rare business setback for the greatest shooting guard in NBA history, but it’s not like he needed the money anyway.
