The NBA Summer League just started but it’s already provided a few wonderful moments for basketball fans, especially those of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
On Monday night, Thunder followers got to see Chet Holmgren return to the floor after a year away.
They also got to witness Jalen Williams light it up, as well as great work from Ousmane Dieng too.
But it was a dunk from Tre Mann that had the most people talking.
Toward the end of the second quarter, Mann got fans and players on their feet with a dunk that is going to be talked about for some time.

Summer League games generally don’t receive as much attention as those in the regular season.
But if Mann continues to play like this, he is going to get tons of praise no matter if it’s during the summer or not.
The dunk from Mann had some fans lamenting the fact that the Thunder don’t have space for all of the young talent on the roster.
Too mad there’s not enough playing time to go around. These guards on the Thunder are all pretty good.

Others commented on just how disrespectful Mann’s play was.
For real though… That Jazz dude's next gig might be in a scissor factory, because he's definitely getting cut… After that dunk, he better turn that jersey into a dishrag! 😂 But you Thunder squad future is bright though ✊🏾

For many, this was another example of the Summer League being better than some people give it credit for.
It might not have the sort of star power fans are used to, but it is still filled with exciting moments like Mann’s dunk.
Summer League is becoming interesting. What a poster.

Finally, one fan summed up the dunk with a terrific pun: “That’s a grown Mann.”

The Summer League still has quite a few more games before it concludes.
Will we be seeing more dunks and plays like this one from Mann?
