Thursday night was big for Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns.
To be fair, it was a big night for many NBA stars are free agency provided a slew of monster contracts.
Yet, Towns and Booker were two of the night’s biggest stars as they secured new supermax deals for $214 million and $224 million, respectively.
Not only were they gigantic packages for both stars – they were historic too.
Booker and Towns' representative, Jessica Holtz, is the first female player agent to secure a max contract — and did it with two super max deals on the same day.

Adrian Wojnarowski pointed out that Booker and Towns have the same agent – Jessica Holtz – and she is the first female agent to secure a max contract.
Not only did she secure one supermax contract to make history – she secured two.
Holtz is out there making these young men a whole lot of money.
To Towns and Booker, she’s the real MVP.
The Help Of Holtz
Holtz has become a very successful agent in just over ten years.
She rose through the ranks of Excel Sports Management and then made her way over to Creative Artists Agency’s CAA Sports in 2014.
Since then, she has made huge, important connections with players such as Towns, Booker, Chris Paul, D’Angelo Russell, and more.
She was working overtime on Thursday night, landing enormous deals for two of her biggest clients.
It is true that both the Timberwolves and Suns were desperate to sign Towns and Booker so Holtz had an easy job selling them.
But securing two supermax deals is no joke and no small task.
Her ability to land such impressive hauls for these guys shows she understands the league, the front offices running it, and what her clients are worth.
She sounds like a pretty great agent.
