The MLB offseason is in full swing and that means plenty of moves will be made.
But, not every move is going to shake-up the league.
Some teams that do not spend much are looking for quality players on discounts.
One team that is going bargain-hunting is the Washington Nationals.
They have plenty of good young players and are continuing to find ways to compete each season.
According to B/R Walk-Off, the Nationals agreed to a contract with Nick Senzel.

The former second-overall pick did not pan out during his time with the Cincinnati Reds.
He was often injured and the Reds decided it was time to move on.
Now Senzel will get a chance to remake his career on a team with no pressure.
Senzel no longer has to live up to the hype of being a top draft pick.
Also, he is not on a team that is expected to compete for the World Series.
All he has to do is show up and play every day.
These are the types of moves the Nationals are going to make.
They are not willing to spend big bucks to keep players which is why they traded away Trea Turner and Juan Soto in recent years.
The Nationals did win the World Series in 2019, so it is not like this organization is incapable of winning.
If the Nationals want to return to contention, expect them to do it via drafting and developing.
